A Bee Poem by Mohammad Akmal Nazir

A Bee

Rating: 2.7

Hovering around the flowers,
It sucks the juice and converts it
Into honey,
What a loss!
And
What a profit!

A loss, that is a fascinating idea.....we certainly greatly appreciate that invaluable liquid gold...honey! Very interesting contemplation, short and sweet. I enjoyed it. The profit I definitely see, the loss I am uncertain of.

Excessive exploitation shall impair the nature. Use and conserve will give more benefits and every living thing may share the profit. Hope for the win-win situation.

Life is all about give and take! Nature often destroys to create; the balance continues to be conserved!

The antithesis perfectly puts forth life's wonderful game... precisely phrased! ! !

A well crafted and poignant write, my dear friend but must capture the real message, life is a two ways street and fortunately I learned the hard and painful ways, like I said in my poem titled: IN THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS, that whenever there is an ending there is also a new beginning and what we think is a great loss, it turns out to be a blessing from the sky and it is time to move on! Love and Peace for always, my brother, my friend! Love and Peace for always! ...

An amazing and clever view of two situations, a lost of the nectar for a flower, and the honey, a benefit for us, the humans. Great ideas in simple deep words..Cristina Teodor
