Dear little blue bird, it was your
turn to fly. May you touch the Son,
may you touch the sky... May the
many arms of love, embrace you
tight... You've always been this
shinning star in our lives. From our
hearts sorrow flows, though in heaven
you're wearing a golden halo. To us the
timing may not seem right, But God
must of wanted you as his light...
you are a very wise poet writing of God's love and God's ways--you help us mortals who live on this side of eternity to understand that forever will heal all agonies---top marks and faved
A wonderful and very touching tribute so beautifully expressed. Each and every word pinches the heart especially the closure lines.

This poem deserves a very top position in our list of best poems--it speaks to us and comforts us
I read this again today. I find comfort in it. We look at eternity from our temporary existence while God and the angels look at our life and see past it.
Had to come back and read this lovely homage to God and His love and how He helps us through the inevitable
I came back to read this one, yet again. My eyes still well, the nth time I read it. " To us the timing may not seem right, But God must of wanted you as his light..."
