A gloomy evening
I was in the red-light district of Yoshiwara, Japan.
In a restaurant I ordered 'Sashimi & Sake'
raw fish with garlic sauce and rice wine
my favorite dish.
I saw a bonhomie 'Geisha'
she wears a red & maroon kimono
who brings the plate with a sing song.
A very familiar face.
Oh! I couldn't believe.
She is my loving wife.
I was so angry and I asked her' who brought you here? '
'you brought me here' she replied calmly.
I woke up to the set alarm.
The dream complicated my mind the whole morning
and suddenly I called home.
She is very fine.

The Geisha the Japanese trained woman to entertain you…well at the end anticlimax wow! Must be you’ve sometime posted in subconscious Jap beauty [or wanted to rediscover the same in your spouse] and that surfaced in your dream… Excellent poem and scored ten++ Ms. Nivedita UK
Thank you Nimal, for your thoughtfulness and this poetic dedication. One can never have too many friends.
Dreams are very interesting and I often see them as both a filter and a sign sometimes A thought -proking write Love Duncan X
Dreams often have no explanation in reality and the mood lingers on. But since there is a reason for everything, there may be a reason for this one too. I agree with Sonny. It is disturbing. But very vivid and alive too. Kind regards, Sandra

Very complex and disturbing dream-poem. Dreams do get us to thinking sometimes. Maybe that's why I never seem to remember mine.
