A Perfect Union. Poem by Sandra Feldman

A Perfect Union.

Rating: 5.0

Poets dream and think a lot,
Concordia and betterment
In their poems can be found,
For Philosophy and Poetry
Have a lot of common ground:
The betterment and understanding
Of human feelings and their action
Never masked, deep and profound.

The poet says it all in verse,
What philosophers have found
They both would like to reverse
All the pain that's been created,
Making for the Future,
If there is one?
A much happier,
And compassionate
World to come.
