A Poet In The Bar Poem by Luwi Habte

A Poet In The Bar

Rating: 5.0

The one who knows how to hamper words
Who had a talent from God
Have been in the bar
To watch what is inside the gar

People was dancing
Poet thought words were glancing
Alcohols were drinking
Poet thought ideas were raining

Light was shaking
Poet thought that comments were shining
The DJ was talking
Poet though that was feedback explaining

Dance floor was for free
Like poem hunter with out fee
How smart is the mind of a poet
Obeisance words as well

Oh my God! ! This poem is SENSATIONAL! ! I agree with you that the poet is smart, keen, and has a different look in everything. The talented poet sees the very far dimensions of the affairs and the things. I give you 10++ for your hard work! !

Hats off to this poem......what a compartive explanation... Do u know this is the reason why people call poets 'mad' coz poets do not see the things as the general people or LOW IQ people see...poets have their own imagination in themselves....they can put life even to a stone...just by imagining...that's the reason why i love poets and poems. And moreover the same with the painters.... So heres a gr8 topic for all the readers... 'Poems, poets and painter....' write a poem on this topic... i love poets and painters...
