This poem is one of beauty and emotion but both are treated with such tenderness that the sadness is suffused with joy. Part of me does not want to disturb the pattern and poise you achieved by using my cerebral words. Another part of me wants to articulate the poem's meaning to show you how abundantly you bestowed autumn's wonders over us. Well that's cycle of life, old leaves fall in autumn and the tree stands waiting for new leaves in the spring.
