All At Sudden In The Curved Mirror On The Brown Wall
All at sudden in the curved mirror on the brown wall
Thomas caught a glimpse of Silvia
Sitting at a table with her friend
At an angle that allowed him to see her reflected in all her charm
There was no sign in her face of the terrible illness or any other disease
And her body had kept the proportion of better condition

Good that the mirror speaks the truth concerning the woman's predicament - death is coming. This is sad and horrible thought. A scary and dark poetry.
