Anger Poem by Rose Marie Juan-austin

Rating: 5.0

My blood surges
To its boiling point
I am about to snap
And the meanest animal
Is about to be released.

The animal's wrath will unfurl
It will hurt
And destroy life
Including mine
But I took a long deep breath.

I shouted at the top of my voice
In the dense forest
My screams were answered
By the birds
With their sweetest songs.

I yelled on the tunnel
The things that came out
Of my mouth were pieces of trash
The words that I swore
It came back to me
I am ashamed of myself.

In the first stanza you have expressed the vibrating effect anger developing a kind of animal instinct in a person. In the second stanza you have noted the dire consequences of it ……then you think of meditating. In the next stanza, your screams are answered by birds…… And finally, a great realization! What a beautiful poem Rose! Loved reading it............10

Exact depiction of anger in a body. But harms self certainly, whether it affects the person on the otherside is uncertain.Worth visiting many times this poem because it embodies a powerful insight

The song of love would cool the anger down. Listen to Nature when the mind gets disturbed. Meaningful comparison between the egoistic echo and the Nature's sweet response 10+

If you feel angry, well, it is natural, and if in the aftermath you feel bad about it, then I think not so much is lost, redemption is not far. these feelings are very expressed in this poem.

The words that I swore It came back to me I am ashamed of myself. controlling our feelings of anger needs great spiritual nearness to God and the facts of life that lead us to anger, . tony

A great description of Anger, Rose Marie. Anger is an emotion that can spin out of control and cause destruction not only to others but to oneself! The ending is the remorse felt afterward. 10! ! ! ! This is an excellent write!
