Undone wishes give umbrage..
Worry and wrath on stage
Can't afflict umbrage beings stronger
To self but gives worry lowly to distress
Can smite but Umbrage beings weaker
To self but with wrath highly to destruction
Worst is lust..evil most is wrath
What loss will one gain
Gaming against wrath
Beware, beware..

If we all could live uncontrolled by desires, wants, and our emotions, what a world of peace we would have. Lessons to be learned by this poem.
An Excellent piece of work carrying a delicate warning to our bemused smartness! Loved your nice creation dear madam! I would like to quote, “…What loss will one gain…Gaming against wrath…Beware, beware… “ Thanks a lot for sharing..10
dear indira you espouse highjer ideals in an age that bulldoses and buys any thing and everything...power of the green back deep reflective poem if hopes were horses... cheers
A philosophical poem. Gaming with wrath, wrath is the only result. More protest is only born out of protest but the world claims that to protest is their legal right. This is the root of our troubles. We have legalised everything what our Rishis and philosophers have ever said against. Only unconditional love can save humanity.
Vanakkam AkkA This poem aptly mirrors the ESSENCE of what Bhagawan Sri Krishna exorts in geetha: ' SHAKNOTI IHAIVA YAH SODUM PRAK SHAREERAM VIMOCHANAATH | KAMAKRODHODBHAVA VEGAM SA YUKTAH SA SUKHI NARAH || [Chapter 5, verse 23] The speed at which the energies/currents, released when overwhelmed by Lust & Anger, when conquered with the power of ENDURANCE, makes the human WISE & HAPPY. my poem 'BLESSED AM I' is awaiting the touch of your DARSHAN :) -thambi.shree
