Arromanches Near The Ocean.... Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

Arromanches Near The Ocean....

Arromanches Near The Ocean….

the pontoons from the war
are still there
just as if the Allies had landed last night
France is not going to get rid of it
do they still want to remember the war in this way?
For many children of forty, thirty years and twens
a true paradise to play hide and seek
at home you are too old
but not here
that's why it's called vacation
in a wide area by the sea close to the ocean
stay calm
but having fun with your peers,
endless space
nobody forbids that
but all those memories
they don't mean anything to me
war?
When and where?
Here? !
You are kidding me.
All those pontoons
to attract tourists
War?
I don't know any....

War has gone way. Everywhere peaceful time is ruling. Wide area by sea motivates mind with greater beauty. Peaceful perception motivates poetic mind. You are now back from beauteous Normandy. Every perceptional poem is excellently penned. This poem is also excellent one...10

When you are in a wonderful place like paradise, your mind will not wander about the sad memories of the place, instead, you are focused on the beauty and joy that it brings...the sole purpose of having a vacation. Beautifully conveyed and crafted. Great imagery. Top Marks!

A wonderful and beautiful scenery marked with great remembrance in the annals of human history. The great Poetess brilliantly painted the captivating scenery, a true paradise that lures so many people to visit and enjoy the place.
