Windmills spin
...As the wind swirls 'cross the plains
Our once Summer green fields-
.....Hydrated by Summer rain.
Now as a chameleon changes
...So does the familiar sod-
As if tilled by nature
.....Turned amber by God.
Autumn awakens a new zest
...Near frost is all but nigh
Pumpkins aplenty
.....All ripe for the pie.
Roasted turkey's divine aroma
...Permeating the Fall air
Groups gather in 'Thanksgiving'- -
.....In a family affair.

The essence, the beauty, the Autumnal charm In this worded painting, go so arm in arm! Delightfully wonderful and poetically enchanting.
