You are as beautiful as you feel
Look at all those faces
Each has its own unique beauty
Every mother cuddles and embraces
All faces are beautiful – one of its type
Even twins have different features
Beauty marks, dimples, and smiles
Making them beautiful and gorgeous creatures
Remember the creams and astringent too
And as we grow older and show signs
When we frown, mope, glare, or smile
A few wrinkles and fine lines
Will begin to appear
Then there is patting and massaging
Those tiny muscles to grow firm
To avoid the deep circles and sagging
So continue feeling beautiful
Even on your worst day
Whether you are feeling great or ailing
Then you will receive much praise
When the strong wind whistles and howls
Feel the potent breeze on your face
Stop thinking about your worries
Just smile and thank God for your face
Yes, yes, that's how we should all feel inside as you put it in this poem of yours. What a way of going about it. GOOD READ!
Well, Ana, I am delighted to meet you. I loved reading your biography. What a wonderful person you must be and obviously an accomplished poet.. I so enjoyed reading this poem of yours, particularly the last two stanzas. I can see I am in for a reading feast - it could not be at a better time for me.
Beautiful Ana! The face of your poem is beautiful.10/10
Though we go however old we should respect of what we have...great work
Lovely... Nice doing! Your poems are pleasant and full of life! I´ll be dropping by...
I would love to have this rejuvenating poem of yours dedicated to my 81-year-old mother in Germany, who has such a tremendous life-energy, inspite of having recently already undergone a 2nd heart operation - still looking like 60 in her face with no wrinkles! ! A wonderful write! ! ! Warm regards from the Philippines!
Ana: Look at all those faces as each has its own unique beauty; If we would all take this advice and throw in a smile, its amazing the feed back, charles Garcia
