self control in conversation.
Definitely reduce your enemies
and mental tension.
Stoicism while listening and
reticence in personal talk.
Make you fearless in your
life's walk.
Sincerity in thought and action,
soulful gratitude in receiving.
Sanctity and optimism in giving,
make you ready for simple living.
Spending less, saving more,
eating less, drinking more,
Worrying less, helping more
make your life alluring and prettier.
