Truth is so beautiful,
Like the Moon
That shines for all,
And does not
Discriminate
At all,
In the darkness
Of the sky
Nor,
In the wilderness
Of the mind.
But!
You have to be
Strong,
Kind and good
To face and behold
The Truth,
For it tolerates,
No tricky lacerations,
Nor evil arrows
Of falsehood
And incertitude
As there is always
Only one Truth,
That should never
Fall into evil hands
For its disgusting,
Misuse.
Such kind words and consideration for so little. Always very grateful!
A magnificent poem so rightly said and brilliantly narrated. Beautiful opening lines embellished with wonderful images and poetic expressions. I concur with Robert as regards the ultimate stanza. To my Poem List.
There's a theology of wisdom and love in these beautiful words… wonderful.
Truth is sometimes bent, like the winners of wars who write history. The it's time that reveals all truth. Great poem Sandry.
