This is for my people who just lost somebody,
their best friend, their baby, man or their lady,
put your heads real high,
we will never say bye.
The terrorist not only did the innocent kill,
but also dampened our spirits & weakened our will.
They went around slaughtering people mercilessly,
putting an end to humanity.
There were pleas for help & cries of fear,
as our country was covered by the reign of terror.
As we searched frantically with our tired eyes,
wishing our loved one survives.
We are nothing without them we realize,
as we hope & pray for them to come out alive.
In our beds silently we sat & a tribute paid,
to the soldiers and the innocent who were shot dead.
As the brave hearts continue to our country defend,
as they try their best to bring this bloodshed to an end.
Our hearts are filled with hurt & despair,
as we see blood and bodies everywhere.
We all feel so sad and all alone,
as we sit & the loss of our loved one's mourn.

terrorist hve brave hearts to destroy and kill people, while heroes hve also their hearts to defend and do good things in their country..whom do u think owned the weak hearts, ill tell u, , , not the heroes... UR POEM S NICE, I CAN RELATE ON THAT COZ ITS REALLY HAPPENING..everyone are sacrificing just to survive..

wow, nice, just ur not suppose to take out lyrics of a song, unless u get the permission from the singer. But it is really touching, and good.

Beautiful, and relateable. It was an overall good read, however I do believe that in line 15, you accidently put a c in silently.
