Children's Day Poem by Vijay Sai R

Children's Day

Born on Tuesday
Decades ago
Fluffy rabbit in mothers hand
Swinging arms in fathers lap
Innocent smile
Without any intention
Pure and simple
Smile all the way
To people
Who come and visit me all day
Turning toddler
Having mothers care
Slipping here and there
Making sounds throughout every-time
Seemingly lullabies to everyone
Waken at night
Sleeping at day
So much safe and secure
World looks to offer me
Inquisitive knowledge
Every event which runs in time
Seems to be so adventurous
Song of parrots
Barking of dogs
Cry of jackdaws
Bless of elephants
Menace of monkeys
Swim of ducks
Walk of hens
Days melting by
So much action
Joy and fun-filled
Nothing other than
Smiling and laughing
All day along
So natural and authenticated
Doing everything whatever I think
Without any favor or fervor
Several decades went
Lightning speed
Hard to think
Every event skidding
Like a run over ice
So much commitment
Work at will helter-skelter
Chasing money
For both self and society
Only to survive
And taking care of
Family and friends
A different world altogether
In front on me
Praying God
To returning back the impossible
Back to being
A toddler again!

PART TWO: IF not resolved by your smart mind as a gift from the Almighty! Just like creating a poem, you must think of the words and make up your mind to choose. So is life too, dear Poet. BUT I appreciate your true honesty as the most valuable part of your character. Thank you so much for sharing this brilliant poem. A 10 and myriads more for the vote.

PART ONE: Ah, scared to live as an? You wanna bury your head in the sand? No dear Poet, real life is frightening ar some times, but we must move on in society, we have our duty, you as a man and I as a woman. There are only problems in your life

Every event which runs in time Seems to be so adventurous Song of parrots Barking of dogs Cry of jackdaws Bless of elephants A wonderful poem with some vivid images of fun-filled childhood days.Children are innocent and carefree.Every small thing or animal around them are like big wonders. But how quickly days pass! With time worries, work pressure and responsibilities replace pure joy that we felt as children. How we wish to go back in time to our childhood days! !
