O Prakruti! Mother Nature!
You are ‘Moola Prakruti'!
The root of all creations,
The unseeded origin,
The beginning of this universe!
You are Maha Prakruti!
The Great Essence!
The vital breath of this vast universe!
The Great Presence!
The vibrant energy of this large world.
You are the ‘Shudha Sattva' -
The purest of the pure!
The illumination of the illumined
Transcending the ‘Trigunas' -
The Sattva - Rajas - Tamas!
The awesome Mother Nature! Devi Prakruti!
You appear in dazzling white of purity
You appear in dynamic red of energy,
You appear in intense black of forcefulness,
You are the colourful, powerful Omnipresence!
Beautiful ode to Mother Nature, caring, nurturing and life-giving, providing us with our daily needs and showing us the true meaning of beauty.
Root of creation is prakruti. She is Goddess Mother. Paramatma creates whole of the universe through her. Great essence of vibrant energy we get from her. Appearing in the form of dynamic energy she illuminates the path. This poem is a deeply devotional prayer poem excellently penned on occasion of Navaratri.
