A Champion is always a Champion
He can exit the ground but not our hearts
Mahendra Singh Dhoni calls it quits
His illustrious innings comes to a close
And his fans will keep it as a souvenir
Along with his journey from earth to the sky
His style, role as a finisher and match winner
Cricket gave him the title of Captain Cool
Which the lovers of the game too echoed
Goodbye Mahi, Enjoy your life & hobbies
And pursuits you've been deeply involved.
I feel after Kapil Dev he was an Impact Player.....See how many Fast bowlers India have today it is all because of Kapil Paa ji...Soon we will have handful of Wicket keepers too. I join you to wish MSD for his life after cricket. Goodbye Mahi, Enjoy your life & hobbies And pursuits you've been deeply involved.
A nice tribute to a wonderful player and great ambassador of the game cricket. He left a unique mark on the game with his captaincy, wicket keeping and coolness.
A great tribute to a wonderful player, Rajnish ji. MS Dhoni retires after having contributed a lot in the field of Cricket. May he enjoy his life with his family and all that he loves to do........10 I have watched the Movie - MS Dhoni with Sushant Singh Rajput as the hero.
A highly deserving tribute to a great champion of cricket! Yes, he has only exited out from the cricket field, but will never exit out from the hearts of cricket fans. The innings he earned will ever remain in them as an inspiring memory. One cannot stay forever in any field especially in the field of sports. So in the ripe time, he has withdrawn, perhaps into a more rewarding life. Short and beautiful....!
Mahendra Singh Dhoni is a champion. He has made history for the world cricket. You have penned a nice tribute poem for him. Cricket has rightly given him the title of champion. An amazing poem is very brilliantly penned.10
Your poem is like a news item to me, as I did not know that Mahendra Dhoni had retired. He will be missed by the Indian team for sure. A champion.

A fantastic poem on a Once in a lifetime player. I had the privilege to watch his game when he was a novice, By brother-in-law was the umpire and MSD came to play during his initial days with Railways, upon his request I went see a match in which Dhoni scored just 46 runs but the shots he played and the way he was hitting the ball all over the places one could easily predict that one day he will play for India, though he came late yet left a legacy behind to cherish,
