Do Not Be Serious Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Do Not Be Serious

Rating: 5.0

Don't be serious
Every thing comes and goes,
In span of time
A tiny cell gradually grows.

Whatever the grief may be
It must vanish a day,
Whatever the darkness of night
It must mingle in morning-bay.

Don't be serious
A fine floor catches moss,
Time comes, beauty, vigour
A body has to loss.

Don't be serious
Avoid your fussy and fuss,
Pray to God and respect
Him, he is the boss.

You will get peace
Bliss and also vim,
Don't be serious
God is good, you should always deem.

Ups and downs are part of life! But we have to take life light! Too much of anxiety is not going to solve problems, but will only make the situation worse! So learn to face things calmly! Trust in God will help us solve our problems! Very inspiring thoughts!

A king once asked his minister give me few words to be encrypted on my ring, such that when I am happy it may make me sad and if I am sad it may make me happy. The minister gave a phrase- - this time will also pass....10

Yes sir Mani, In this world noting is perfect, nor permanent. In such a world every thing will pass, and it is wise to lead a normal life, take the things in its stride. If we take things seriously, we can but get hurt ourselves waste a part of our life. So to solve a situation, do what is possible in your capacity and leave the rest to God, who takes care of all things for every body. Leave it unto him what is beyond your control in a right way. Your efforts to teach the children good ways and fear of God is a very noble. May God give you the strength and bless your efforts. With best wishes. Nosey Alfred

Before reading to the end, I thought to be about asking us not to worry much about the cell of a sickness growing into ones body, noding inside myself: yes the more we worry the more it may grow. Haha. Your note taught me how different can be perceived every single thing. Good reading, need to confess that I love this poem even more now and I am out to get rid of seriousness: time for play!
