Dreams, Memories And Reality
I think about you night and day
When you're not here with me
But it's impossibility
To hug only a lovely dream
And I would rather have
Reality than fantasy
And I would much prefer
What's real, to just a memory
You are the one my heart desires
The one I want to be near
And pain runs deep, like an abyss
When you are far away from here.
You are the only one for me
No one can take your place
With you is where I long to be
To drink in, and to touch your face.
I prefer you to continue to touch my ace, for I do not want to be replaced
Louis, I think you & I must have 'typo fever'! My comment on a recent poem of yours contained a typo, which I wasn't able to edit. I know that you meant 'face' here, and not 'ace'! (hee hee!) Thank you for your sweet and tender comment, and I'd rather touch a face than an ace, any day!

I think about you night and day When you're not here with me But it's impossibility To hug only a lovely dream..........this stanza is the beginning of the poem which reflects the whole wings of poem clearly like 'morning shows the day'. Beautiful poem on love and missing.10
