Emotions Of The Heart Poem by Dave Alan Walker

Emotions Of The Heart

Rating: 4.9

Emotions of the heart
emotions of the mind
where do they start

Are we born
to feel from the start
or do we learn as we grow

Are we born to live
or born to die
would we still cry
if nobody else did

Where does life begin
where does it end
I guess we will only know
when we are dead

Emotions of the heart

I like the questions. There are so many important life questions. Many unanswerable. But taking the time to think and reflect about them often feels good. Good poem, Dave. A definite ten

Emotions, a part of us that is powerfully inherent. Even little babies have emotions, which develop as they grow. Love this simple, yet powerful piece, Dave.

Nature or nurture - a bit of both methinks. Excellent poem.
