Eyan Desir, You'Re Great
if I have the chance to fly
i’ll fly from valleys to hills
from mountains and skies
to towering heights....
if I have the chance to swim
i’ll swim from streams to rivers
to the largest seas
down to the biggest oceans...
and if I have the chance to walk
i’ll cross the bridges and rocky roads
i’ll pass over the darkest jungle
and fight with the cruel lords....
but since I don’t have the chance to do so
i wish to be the wind in the atmosphere
that can travel to your distant land...
i wish to be the light of your lonely days...
the hand to hold you close....
the voice that patiently explains....
about the friendship we wanted to build....
(a friend is always a friend..thanks ian for inspiring me in my simple poetry...allow me to make a simple words for you...nonsense as you see.....but for me, 'nonsense 'is full of meaning.....hope ur always fine..smileeeeeeeee)
