Finale Goodbye - Poem by Nick Minda

Darkened tears and mellow eyes
Starting to form water inside
As your body shuts down, mine does the same
Its like we were linked from birth
When your emotions erupted, mine did as well
You were more important to me than the end of the world.
You were the crystal in the stone.
Or the gold within my eyes when I saw your beautiful face.
My heart stopped within all the moments when you and I were face to face
Now your mind erased every single second
Your body has eaten its self from the inside - out
Me not being able to see you for a finale goodbye was ground shaking.
God had taken you from me within a finger snap
Though I left you without a finale goodbye, doesn't mean that it's going to be the finale hello.
