For me, Bri, 'a precious gift of love' would be a carton of ice cream (WITH cake) .. : )

But, Geeta, as with 'love', a rose may harbor thorns to rip one's flesh. Yikes! ! : )

Yet, for me, the lovely Poetess is incomparable to a rose flower.

A rose flower is considered as the queen of all flowers. It symbolizes love and beauty.
