Futile Argument Hurts Much Poem by MAHTAB BANGALEE

Futile Argument Hurts Much

Rating: 5.0

Once a dog drove me away,
barked much against my running away.
Barking and barking drove me.
I was tired of running much for the fear of dog biting.
But when I stood against this barking and looked at the dog.
Then I found this dog only in barking, but it did not bite me.

At the same evening,
I came and became attentive on my writing table,
found some writings against my thought.
I started an argument,
argument after argument as if tuned barking!
At last, I found myself tired.
I stopped my argument and found
some futile argument-
kept me aside,
made me a hater
and hurt others a lot.

understood that-
A barking dog seldom bites,
but the futile argument (barking)of me hurts others much!

Wisely thought, It happens with everyone, several time in their lifespan when they argue for nothing and achieve nothing out of it except hatred and bitter taste in their mouth.10+++
