Great bliss getting rain
All our blues drowned in it
But leaves lots of pain.

In Hindi folk songs a woman whose beloved is away always gets pains from the rains.

Thanks for finding its connect with folk songs and let me add another aspect of semi-classical form of music known as 'Kajri' which also reflects the sadness of the beloved whose lover is away when the rain brings showers. Thank you very much, Sir.

I like the sound of rain falling on the rooftop, especially at night. A brilliant haiku.

You remind me of so many folk songs in which the sound of rain falling on ground or a tin roof is used quite nicely. Thanks a lot.

But the pain fades away.... so the water meet the root and the strength for tomorrow begin!
