Hear Me Out - Poem by Alexis Milton

God help an unheard voice
That really never made a positive choice
a broken heart that would never really heal
Unwanted feelings far beyond real
A tumbling outrageous mind
Who soon will slow down in time
What else can i possibly go through
How much can i really hold on to
It's like demons and shadows are surrounding me
But yet i'm not trying to give up my belief
I pray not as often as i should but i try my best when i could
Asking for forgiveness from everything my soul had to endure a sting
No one's perfect and i never try to become
Because you made me my good and bad is done
Whisper upon my heart and soul to let me know how i can be strong
If everything in my life is settle and nothing is wrong
I will listen for your encouraging words
And be determine that you'll be heard
Not giving up only leaving it in your hands
And forever will I follow life as it is already planned
