Holidays- (An Acrostic Poem)
H alting from all weary work
O n a trip we went to avert nervous wreck
L ively days with many a jocund friend
I n a jovial mood with no deadlines to tend
D iving into amusements gay
A ll anxiety kept wide at bay
Y earning to suck life in full
S weet, those days savouring life to the fill
An Acrostic Poem of this kind makes you feel light in thoughts and as you enjoy a break of holidays, we begin to see a caravan of joys immense chasing you and long to be a part of it. Short and beautiful a poem, Madam.
