(Part-3) Generally people with some belief that their will(Prayer) will be fulfilled by Goddess if they sacrifice the Goat before her.Govt.has taken many measures to stop this practice.
(Part-2) For this ritual, a healthy he-goat is selected and well taken care of and before Puja garlanded with mostly red hibiscus flowers.
