I Know You'll Be There Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

I Know You'll Be There

Rating: 5.0

Divided by death,
But connected in dreams.
I saw you again,
So young and so free.

You spoke with that voice,
You gave me your smile,
I've missed you so much,
Please stay for a while.

That dream it went on,
Then you took my hand.
We sang that old song,
As we walked through the sand.

Although you are gone now,
I don't feel despair,
I'll see you in dreams,
For I know you'll be there.
