Damn. I clicked a five by accident when I was trying to give this a ten. Uriah, you really aim for the pain and don't flinch or hold anything back. I am a fan of poems that are direct, as yours are, poems that don't leave me scratching my head wondering why anyone bothered in the first place. You deliver the goods in this one.
