In The Pleasant Evening Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

In The Pleasant Evening

Rating: 5.0

In the pleasant evening
I was thinking about a great poetry,
Someone laughed at me from aside,
I didn't mind,
Rather I began to ponder more deeply about the important poetry.

Don't listen to others laughing, a poet had a mighty pen.

in the pleasant evening---there is something old-fashioned and graceful about that phrase... makes the reader think of good manners and iced lemonade out on the porch, and a nod and a smile at passing neighbors.... a beautiful title to set the tone for your poem

A pleasant evening, indeed, with poetry as the muse. A thoughtful poem.
