Interesting Insects 3 - The Determined Dragonflies
Dragonflies are fastest Insects,
Daring fliers with manoeuvring skills,
Determined to fly, move around in circles,
Dangling racers and cruisers toasting cheers,
Demonstrating its ability to fly ten, twenty, thirty miles,
Dancing in sudden bursts of exciting fevers,
Defining movements in air - up up - down down -slide slides,
Drawing amazing eight shaped cart wheels,
Dauntingly hovering around like bees in speedy glides,
Dainty, agile flying insects, turning, twisting, in astonishing spirals.
Dr. Menon is a great observer, she observes so minutely that she can write a lovely poem on insects as well.
