Lethal Fume - Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul
That smells strongly, that gas,
That comes our from a burning cracker,
This is dangerous to inhale,
Many realize this issue of cracking.
Vary harmful or dangerous gas,
It may cause death is lethal fume,
War between two or more countries,
It provokes thought due to danger.
Fume floats in sky due to bombing,
Many fear to inhale air and cry,
War is not a solution to problems,
It only gives burning sensation.
This world does not need war at all,
This does not need lethal fume,
We need peaceful justice and love,
War can never establish peace.
Anger is a vice and this raises war,
Lethal fume and lethal flame,
Both violate peaceful rule of nature,
Sleeping birds cry in agony,
Animals remain in fear due to pressure.
Fire sparked from root burns grass,
Straw becomes ash and sand turns brown,
We need peaceful light in right path,
Universal light of love let us spread.

Here to revisit this powerful write.
Yes, we have to enjoin everyone through the power of our pen
to abhor war and spread a universal light of love .
A great piece worth of being read again. (Report)Reply
War has been the greatest threat to man's existence! Besides sudden death, it also leads to slow suffering! The bomb blasts in Hiroshima and Nagasaki have turned the whole area lethal and lethal radiation is still lingering there crippling human lives. What we need is peace and harmony and not war! Powerfully presented! (Report)Reply

We need to outlaw chemical warfare- -but when we look at that sentence, it seems peculiar- -it needs to say we need to outlaw warfare. Killing people is such a degenerate, ignorant, foul way to win an argument. Plus it never settles an argument- it just fuels another session of hatred, anger, and murder. Well said, my friend.10 (Report)Reply

An exceptional write that touches on one of the most important political issues
that beset the world. A piece so timely, well presented and executed.
There is no need for another war.
We are already living in a war torn world.
To ignite another one, the world will be pulverized.
We will be in the arms of nothingness.10 (Report)Reply
