Limerick R14 On Tv Debates Poem by Rajnish Manga

Limerick R14 On Tv Debates

Rating: 5.0

Our TV news channels bring live discussions;
On some burning topics or petty confusions;

To bring truth to the viewers,
Anchors dig hard for answers,

But the participants sound like percussions.

Television debates can be very boring, the opinions predictable, and the speakers overrated in the news media society. Cool analysis in the poem.

You have put it in the right perspective. Since the opinions are always on the predictable lines, the debates tend to be boring and get on your nerves. Thanks for a nice critique.

I prefer good ol' Newspapers to TV debates... They are just about decibles than debates nowadays.. We have brought down the level of visual journalism to the ground almost.. Screaming, shouting, name-calling, public trials.. Wonder what else is left? ? ? A brilliant limerick Rajnish.. One that many of us should read now.. Because, unfortunately, many of us are willing to 'buy' that kind of disastrous 'news', and they are selling us that.. Thank you for sharing..
