Love? - Poem by Sidney Acker
do we give our hearts away, to those we think we love?
how, what does love feel like, do we actual know what it is
or is it just excitement the flees from our minds to our hearts then to the wild forest in our stomachs that make the butterfly's spread out among the trees
is that love? or is that the happiness of knowing your not alone,
do you love her, do you love him, will you ever know what love is?
do you feel love when a boy or girl sweet talks you,
tells you they are in fact in love and will do anything in they're soul
to show the love, is it lies? do they feel that way?
love is what we make it, what we fake it, its how we created it,
none knows what love is, we just make up whats in our minds, of what love is, we don't know, but we do care.
well i think we all love, love.
