The planets do their dance around the sun;
their moons revolve around the planets, too.
I can't imagine how this thing is done;
it just seems too unlikely to be true.
A butterfly begins life as an egg,
then caterpillar, pupa or cocoon.
A frog begins his life without a leg,
but then begins to grow them rather soon.
The trees, the flowers, animals and birds
all make this world so beautiful to see,
and mountains, just too wonderful for words;
they thrill my mind and fill my soul with glee!
Of all these many wonders I am awed;
how can some people think there is no God?
This amazing gorgeous poem may for me gets The First Place, Kim, such an excellent Sonnet, you have surpassed the Classic poet WS, true phenomenally rhymed and it has keen rhythm
Such a beautiful poem, and so deserving of recognition! Memorable and deep.
Exactly, how can some people think there is no God? A fabulous poem....loved it.
