thoughts are waves
there are oyster shells
scattered on the sands,
or under deep waters
There are rain drops
transformed into pearls
Pearls may prove ominous
...or be stolen!
True..the mind of Shahzia is a Pacific and its inner articles are like amber and pearls.
some way you find a way to to make a way to our heart..... you touch our soul with your words didi brilliant
Mind is like an ocean, vast and deep! It is turbulent with swirls and waves, at times, rising like breakers and on rare occasions surprisingly still ! The poem is small, but beautiful! !
Yes, thoughts are like ocean waves. We have to be careful what thought we entertain.
A person can steal one idea but just one.... where is the talent before that.... Need steal again is not? ? ? ? And again, and again, , , , , I think this poem is about that... Liked so much Poetess.
Apparently seems to be a jumble in those few lines where oyster & pearls are hidden. And that pearl is found in the vast ocean signifying the mind....... very well done
Mind bears limitless thoughts....can excite magical things like precious gem as pearls of good ideas to the betterment of humanity!
@Shahzia, thanks Shahzia for the clarification. I think plagiarism is stealing pearls and gems of thoughts. Your poems are always thought-provoking.

I would like to translate this poem
greetings. i love your simplicity in acceptance. because i know sister, i try to be a poet in ENGLISH. But i am not even good. Your poem is of same pattern as you mentioned before. Only it differs in, not in the subject but in the title. I like it. A poem, comprehensive, but have no end (na tamaam) , rather a bit mysterious. Having less number of words and many dimensions to ponder on. Nice work. best wishes.
