My Invisible Garden
I have a small little garden;
It's not visible but lies hidden,
Deep within my heart's core.
The garden is bedecked with flowers,
Colourful and delightful, all the hours.
Though mundane,they are not mortal,
Once blossomed, they are perennial!
Whenever anybody touches my heart,
With love, affection and kind words,
A flower instantly blossoms in the garden,
Never to die again.
As long as my heart throbs,
The flowers will remain tender,
Each representing a name to remember.

Our mind becomes a garden when we receive love and consideration from others. Beautiful flowers will then bloom within and unlike the short lived flowers of the garden we keep in our house, these blossoms of joy within us will never wither! A beautiful poem....
