Of A Hideout Mysterious... Poem by Kesav Venkat Easwaran

Of A Hideout Mysterious...

The dark night stepped out
of the gate of dusk
desirous of a glimpse
of the bright sun light
a lot it had heard about...

Wandered high
in search of rays
all over the sky;
unable to find
tired and spent
wanting a respite,
sat at the gate of dawn
fell snoring asleep...

On hearing the breathe
the sunlight showed up
at the soft water edge
from beneath the earth
sporting a smile on face
orange, soon to turn brighter
broader silvery in shade...

The night wouldn’t wake up
soon from snoring ignorance
for another cyclic hours
twelve to be precise;
the hide out of the bright
sun light thus,
my grandma said,
remained mysterious
ever to dark sleeping minds...

Day brings aspirations along with light Night swings the mind with frietening dark Dear Poet, this is how - You put the duo Though it is one cycle clock. Day motivates all activities of hope Night interrogates on all those actions Day with hectctic tasks needs a break Night of apprehensions await the hopes Mystery of Sun Light to those sleeping darkness Is ofcourse nature's wonder It's the melting point of these duos. Apprehensions puts the Mystery in place Aspirations crack the doubts with day break. Dear Poet, Kudos for this wonderful duos.
