Having lost the war of life,
against an unknown enemy,
I fought like a disciplined soldier,
put my arms on the feet of an unseen enemy,
I surrendered unconditionally,
on the orders of my leader,
being captured as a prisoner of war,
I was asked to sit in a train
running on the parallel rails of time.
Doors are closed on me
and windows are barred.
I can just slide the glasses
to have a look outside.
Putting my cards on my thighs,
I look outside at the halts,
"Is it the last station? "
Why everybody is silent,
why don't anyone replies to me!
I come back to the game.
In fleeting of mind
about my war crimes,
and thinking about a possible trial,
I throw a wrong card,
and my partner howls,
"You son of a gun, you spoiled the game,
I shall throw you out of the train."
I just smiled and said, " But how?
Doors and windows are closed to you, too."
My partner becomes calm, "Let us start a new game."
I deal the cards and bid, "One no trump."
If some actually work and earn more, that seems right. But no one should completely go without. The ELITE keep it wholly in their favor. It has long been this way. I am not sure I can find the 'best' solution. Better is out of reach for many.
In the game of life its always a trump that controls the game. There is no notrump game in our lives.
A thought provoking poem, Intelligently penned.10+++++
Beautiful story of life painted in card game, where one trump, while others give up. Loved the concept. Thanks for sharing.

Going through your poem I remembered the past scene of life that I used to play 'Bridge' in Playing Card where I have said many times 'No Trumps' which means 'you can't overtake my card and my card is powerful.'Taking the words No trump you have delineated a wonderful metaphorical poem that I enjoyed very much. Thank you Jawad ji for sharing this interesting poem.10

I would like to translate this poem
I am One; No Trump! In fact I know no world leader that I think is truly worthy of the title and position. Little actually effects me. I don't think I'd like to live in Pakistan. Few countries offer me a better quality of life. But I see the distinct possibility of ALL humans living an equitable existence.
