Plucking Flowers
Plucking Flowers
sowing flower seeds
of all kinds
sunflowers, primroses, tulips and roses
and many more flowers
too many to mention
I talk to flowers
and I can hear their responses
they never like being in vases
and being plucked for so many cases
that's why most of my vases
are oft empty
I don't mind not to pluck
as long as the flowers feel happy
a flower lover
A very thoughtful poem. It is always a joy to see flowers..They add color and biodiversity to gardens and environments. Plucking them will definitely hurt them
Flowers are one of the most beautiful presents of Mother Nature, and this pom does them honor. Thank you, dear and sensitive poetess.
