POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
When my son was an baby he used to wake up and walk down the hall to mommy and daddy's bedroom.One cold night, we found him face down fast asleep on the floor of the hallway where he was on his way to our room. He was hugging the warm floor!:)

After the fear went away from seeing him laying there lifeless on the floor and realizing he was only sleeping, it became a fond memory. You could imagine the first reaction. Thank you for your comment! :)
