POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem has a semblance of a Syllogism and a Haiku but with a difference of four lines. A reasoning in the second line is added coherent to the first line. Therefore I think I can give the name 'Syllogistic Haiku' to this form of poem. Syllale count-5,7,7,5

Disputes regarding usage of river water is nothing new. R. Ponni is very beautiful, having traveled along the length and breadth of TN, I can vouchsafe for that. But the poem is more beautiful
