Stalker's Anthem - Poem by Jayla Graham

My Desires get the Best of Me,
Even when it gets to the Point of No Return.
Or should I say LOVE?
He Begged Me and Pleaded to Me as in:
Baby! Chill...lets TAKE IT SLOW,
My Desires get the Best of Me,
Until, He Screams and Shouts as in:
Bitch! Let Me Go!
Now, look at what I have Done...
I have Given my Jewels away, now He wants Nothing to do with Me.
And, I know this is True.
But, I let my Desires get the Best of Me,
Now, I do not know what to do.
I text and I call, but No answer at All.
I Dreamed that a Future, One day will have Technology that will Create a <3 with a Key...
Once again,
I'm letting my Desires get the Best of Me.
