Starring A Speck Of Light Poem by Abhay Vignesh Liginlal

Starring A Speck Of Light

Rating: 4.8

Weigh the memory never to be
Cold wind wild in the sky of mind
Joy sowed seeds in the field of time
And now paddies burst with light green dreams

Speak the language known to few
Spread that colour of sky blue sea
Stirred by wind on idols of past
And lend that book of fragrance & light

Give specks of light a closer look
Deep are the waters of cosmic age
From there emerges the poetry of motion
The star in the sky of my mind and yours.

We see in a flower a happy mirror
That speck of light as a dropp of dew
The endless reflects as a shadow of meaning
And we fail to perceive cosmic truth.

Very meaningful and carefully crafted. 'Speak the language known to few', that is exactly what (your) poetry is about. Keep it up, Abhay!
