The Cosmic Being Poem by Parameswaran Nair Damodaran Nair

The Cosmic Being

Rating: 5.0

Nothing is immortal on this earth
Saved the marks you leave behind
In the last journey you perform
Quite untimely and unwarrantedly
The earth is not merely a mass of soil
It's a cosmic being patient and tolerant
Every thought, word and deed
Is monitored here to assess immortality
