The Forest Breeze - Poem by Nicholas J Perla

Babbling brook, the water flowing
Deer and birds, life is glowing
The lake is nearby, yes it's pretty
thank god im out of the city

Walking by the swaying trees
feeling the warm gentle breeze

Ducks are quacking in the lakes waves
bats are flying out of they're caves
Fish are swimming, all around
grass in soil, all over ground
The majestic osprey catching fish
Nobody can ruin this peaceful bliss

Here comes the rain, and the gentle breeze
lighting and thunder striking trees
The rain is starting to decease
Clouds clearing for the sun
rain fades, it's finally done
