The Indian Man Poem by Dave Alan Walker

The Indian Man

Rating: 5.0

See the man
The indian man
The white man
Came and took his land

See the eagles fly
Where he did die
See the tears
Of the white mans fears

See the shame
Of a world in tears

It was a very profound and eloquent composition in very few words. And could not agree more with the message of the poem. It was also easy to decipher the poem. Good to see somebody still writing about the greatest atrocities by the white man.

When people are not united and wherever greed rules the roost there is access and makeshift for foreigners in any country.Afghanistan is one country to exhibit freedom beyond greed.Greed is seasonal. They are proving it and proved it earlier no matter Jesus comes from his Cross to colonise there or 39 developed countries including USA.US is another example of stolen land from indians. The land originally belong to its native indians. But its sad there civilisation has been suppressed with torture.Series of people who came as Kennedy, Nixon, Bush and now the hip-hop man are all from another bushes outside the dungeons of America..therefore its high time indian men there join afghans

Yes the world watch in tears all the unfair things that are still happening. We feel as helpless as in the past maybe even more because now we are given a lot of information so we know.. The concern is there but also the shrug and the thought: what can I do? I am so small..Could our tears be mixed with greatest love and send somehow to them..or the least..near?

Good, very, very good! as the old cowboy song goes: 'The red man was pressed, from HIS place in the West, it's not likely he will ever return...' Thanks for writing this, and thanks for remembering my 'red-brothers'.
