The Last Command Poem by lady grace

The Last Command

Rating: 5.0

creep to the ground
corpse to the level
arms in action
fight in a battle

silence on the crowd
whispers never heard
men in colors
march in battlefield

to destroy is the purpose
served it legitimately
no mercy no kindness
serve the purpose without delay

A military war field is well narrated here in brief words. If one man kills another man it is called a murder. If thousands kill thousands, they are called soldiers. The purpose may be different, but the killings are the same.
